Returns & Refunds

At Empower Life Coach, we offer meaningful products and services designed to support your healing, clarity, and growth. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below, which apply to coaching sessions, physical products, and digital downloads.
1. Coaching Services
We value your time and energy, and appreciate your respect for ours:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. You may reschedule once at no additional charge.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Prepaid coaching packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or person at our discretion.

2. Physical Products (Journals, Apparel, Candles, etc.)
Our products are made to order through trusted print partners. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email empowerlifecoachca@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund — at no additional cost to you.
Returns for reasons like wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted, as all items are custom made to order.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Guides, Workbooks)
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
