3. Booking and Payment

  • All coaching sessions and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion with notice.

  • By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and current information and abide by any service-specific guidelines provided.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Coaching Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeited sessions.

  • Physical Products: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
